Copyright

Copyright protects original works that are expressed in a tangible medium. This includes creative work expressed in words, sounds, pictures, media and so on. Copyright is an automatic right that is secured as soon as the work is created. In some jurisdictions, registration of the copyright is required before enforcement. Copyright can be formally registered in the US; however, in Hong Kong, there is no formal registration for copyright.
